First Trust Credit Union’s Board of Directors is excited to announce that the 2024 scholarship applications are now available. EIGHT $1,000 scholarships will be offered in 2024, to graduating high school seniors based on the geographic location of their high school. First Trust branches in Michigan City, La Porte, Valparaiso, and Wheatfield will each award two scholarships.
The first $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior pursuing a four year degree. The second $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior pursuing an Apprenticeship, Associates, or Certification in a selected field.
Scholarship recipients must be a member of First Trust Credit Union to be eligible. If you are not already a member, becoming a member is quick and easy. Membership information and an overview of the many products and services First Trust offers may be reviewed on our MEMBERSHIP and SERVICES pages. Scholarships are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15th, 2024. (Please see scholarship applications below for additional information.)
