LATEST COVID-19 UPDATE! (6/1/20) BRANCH LOBBIES RE-OPEN:

First Trust continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation and we are continuing our services in the safest way possible, which  is our #1 priority.  We are still encouraging our members to utilize our drive-thru windows, Mobile Banking, It’s ME 24/7 Online Banking, and ATMs as much as possible in order to limit face-to-face contact.

 We have now re-opened our lobbies Monday – Friday, however we are exercising social distancing recommendations – therefore there is a limited number of members allowed into the lobbies at any given time. Lobby capacity is posted at the entrance of our lobbies. Lobby services are always available by appointment (including Saturdays til noon) as well.  Please note that at this time our lobby Saturday hours will be by appointment only. At all branch locations, we have implemented the best safety practices to ensure the safest environment for both our members and employees.  We appreciate your membership and your cooperation with our operation guidelines.

IN OUR BEST EFFORTS TO KEEP OUR MEMBERS AND STAFF HEALTHY, WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED THE FOLLOWING IN OUR LOBBIES:

  • Member Services (Opening Accounts, Loan Products & Services, Access to Safe Deposit Boxes, etc.) are available in our branch lobbies Monday – Friday during regular business hours, and by appointment only on Saturdays.
  • Social distancing circles have been positioned to maintain 6-feet between individuals, and lobby capacity has been established at each branch location.
  • Plexiglass sneeze guards have been installed at teller stations, and in member service offices.
  • Sanitizing of common areas is completed several times during hours of operation.
  • Employees will wear a mask when assisting members in person.
  • Employees must wash hands frequently.
  • Cough must be covered at all times.

Utilize Online Banking through our website, firsttrustcu.com, or FREE MOBILE APP to check account balances, transfer funds, deposit checks with mobile (check) deposit, make loan payments, or pay monthly bills with Bill Pay.

WATCH OUT FOR FINANCIAL SCAMS – During times such as these, unfortunately we can see a rise in financial SCAMS.  Please protect yourself from financial scams by being VERY cautious.  Do NOT give out personal information over the phone or via electronic devices or email.  Do NOT click on email attachments that you are not expecting. Be cautious of fake information, email attachments, or texts in regard to Coronavirus updates that come through on your electronic devices, Facebook, or other social media platforms.
