You will be prompted to enter your member I.D. (This is your account number)
Next, you will be prompted to punch in your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
From this point on, the procedure will vary depending on the transactions you wish to complete. CU*Talk will guide you through each step.

IMMEDIATE ALERT – Always be vigilant protecting your account information. First Trust Credit Union will NEVER ask you for your account number, debit card number, PIN number, passwords or social security number. Don’t be tricked…fraud can have many disguises, including fraudsters posing as First Trust Credit Union representatives. When in doubt, hang up or ignore the email until you check with us first!
