Do your banking on the phone!
- Using your touch tone phone, call CU*Talk at 877-251-7281
- You will be prompted to enter your member I.D. (This is your account number)
- Next, you will be prompted to punch in your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- From this point on, the procedure will vary depending on the transactions you wish to complete. CU*Talk will guide you through each step.
Members that use PIN or biometric logins like voice, fingerprint, or facial recognition on the First Trust CU mobile app may need to re-enroll the week of April 20th to accommodate new security protocols. To re-enroll you will need to know your username and password. Call or stop by any of our offices if you need a password reset.
