Regulation GG Restricted transactions are prohibited from being processed through your account at First Trust Credit Union. Restricted transactions are those in which a person engaged in the business of betting or wagering accepts credit, funds, checks, instruments or other proceeds from another person in connection with unlawful internet gambling. We may block or reject any such restricted transactions. Further, we reserve the right to block or close any account which we believe is in receipt of such transactions.

Members that use PIN or biometric logins like voice, fingerprint, or facial recognition on the First Trust CU mobile app may need to re-enroll the week of April 20th to accommodate new security protocols. To re-enroll you will need to know your username and password. Call or stop by any of our offices if you need a password reset.
